Thank you Officer Bird. Your alert action saved a life and me being a citizen of Ellwood City couldn’t be prouder of you. Yes Officer Bird, a noble act that will be read about when Ellwood City citizens revisit the history of the ECPD in the years to come. God Bless you and your Mom who, in my eyes, raised a “brave ECPD street warrior.” That’s how I fondly describe those of you who daily put on the uniform and protect us all from harm.
