Williams Accepts Softball Scholarship With Fairmont State University

Last week, Riverside senior shortstop Mia Williams signed to continue her athletic career at Fairmont State University.

Williams has started and lettered the past three years of varsity softball and has been named the Beaver County Times Athlete of the Week. As a junior, Williams doubled and collected three RBIs to help lead the Lady Panthers to the quarterfinals of the WPIAL Playoffs for the first since 2013.

Williams is going to study nursing at Fairmont State University.
