Rotary Club of Ellwood City Awards Winning Students At Scholarship Dinner

The tables were packed and the plates full as the Rotary Club of Ellwood City celebrated award winning students at their annual Scholarship Dinner. Students from the Ellwood City Area and Riverside School Districts and their parents were in attendance on Thursday May 21st. In addition to the Club’s scholarships, 2 additional memorial Trade School Scholarships were awarded in memory of Conner Lutz, who would have graduated this year. Ellwood City Area Historical Society Presents 2026 Scholarships

Four local high school seniors were awarded scholarships by the Ellwood City Area Historical Society on Monday evening. Erica Barlow (Lincoln High School), Christina Valencia (Riverside High School), Kiley LeViere (Lincoln High School), and Lucas Bleakney (Lincoln High School) each received $1,500 scholarships to assist with their continuing education. The Ellwood City Area Historical Society will award four (4) fifteen hundred dollar($1,500.00) scholarships this year. All graduating seniors living in the Ellwood City Area School District or the Riverside School District are eligible. McDonald’s of Ellwood City and the Beaver County Foundation are pleased to announce that Tessa Folino from Lincoln High School and Lucas Moody from Riverside High School will both receive the 2025 Viccari-McDonald’s of Ellwood City Scholarship. The Rotary Club of Ellwood City held its scholarship dinner on May 15th. Seniors from Ellwood City and Riverside and their families celebrated with the Rotarians.
