A commendation was presented to Roberta Page by Mayor Anthony J. Court and Council President George J. Celli at a recent council meeting.
Roberta has been picking up debris and trash along Wampum Avenue and Veterans Bridge for a few months.
“It’s these kind of acts that make our community special. People like Roberta do the extras for our community and we are proud of her,” said Mayor Court in a statement. “We want her to know that her efforts did not go unnoticed.”
Mayor Court and Council President Celli, along with the borough of Ellwood City wanted to express our sincere appreciation for her hard work and dedication to our community.
