The 4th beautification award was presented by Mayor Anthony Court to Eileen McKelvey of 227 Crescent Avenue.
“Congratulations, Eileen! You did a great job! It looks beautiful!” said Mayor Court in a statement.
She was presented with a yard sign and a gift certificate from a local restaurant.
Two more awards will be presented this year.
This is the 12th year for the beautification program. The program still has three more winners to go and there is still time to get your nominations in! Nominations will be accepted by emailing the Mayor at tcourt230@zoominternet.net or drop nominations off at the Mayor’s Office in the Municipal Building, 512 Lawrence Avenue, Ellwood City, PA 16117.
