Get ready, let’s bring our community back to life!
It’s that wonderful time of the year again and Mayor Anthony J. Court is starting his annual “Beautification Award Program.” This year marks the 12th year for the program and each year we are getting more and more nominations and six lucky winners will be chosen.
Nominations will be accepted May 1st through June 15th by emailing the Mayor at tcourt230@zoominternet.net or drop nominations off at the Mayor’s Office in the Municipal Building, 512 Lawrence Avenue, Ellwood City, PA 16117.
Presentations will begin on June 1st and go through the end of August.
The winners will receive a yard sign to display and a dinner certificate from a local restaurant.
“Let’s get the nominations in and let the fun begin,” says Mayor Court in a statement. “Good luck!”
