Mayor Anthony J. Court was honored to present to the 2nd Beautification Award Winner a yard sign and a gift certificate for a local restaurant to Melissa Maddalon. The 2nd presentation took place on Thursday, 6/21/18 at her home on Mt. Vernon Drive. It is always a pleasure to present this award to those who are proud and take great pride in their properties.

On Monday, Mayor Anthony J. Court was honored to present the 3rd 2018 Beautification Award Winners with a yard sign and a Gift Certificate at a local restaurant for the pride and hard work they put into their home. Patricia Hahn and Anthony Zaccheo of Connoquenessing Terrace were nominated by friends and neighbors for their beautiful landscaping around their home.

If the “mayor” is so concerned about beautifying Ellwood City, why didn’t he help when contacted by a business next door to a property so un-kept that it was drawing rats?
