Ellwood City Borough Tax Collector, Sue Gatto, announced her new hours this week.
The hours for the month of February will be Wednesdays 10:00 a.m. to 3 p.m. only. Beginning March 1st, the tax collector hours will be Monday, Wednesday and Friday 10:00 a.m to 3:00 p.m.
The office of Tax Collector is located in the Ellwood City Municipal Building on Lawrence Avenue. Information regarding residential, property, real estate, or other tax information can be collected at the tax office. Duplicate bills, 3-year tax search, and other certifications can also be collected at the tax office.
Ellwood City Council has appointed Gatto as the community’s new tax collector in December 2019. Gatto replaces former tax collector Mary Ann Portugallo.
