Ellwood City Council votes on new borough manager at the monthly meeting on November 19. All council members were present at the meeting except Mayor, Anthony J. Court. Ellwood City Council held their regular monthly agenda meeting on November 13. All council members were present at the meeting except Mayor, Anthony J. Court due to a prior engagement. Ellwood City Electric Extended Payment Plan

When a residential customer receives a notice of delinquency, he/she must apply for an extended payment plan unless payment is being paid IN FULL. Extended Payment Plan Conditions  Payment plan shall not exceed 90 days after original due date. Agreed amounts are payable for 30-60-90 day periods. If amounts are not paid under the current agreement, plans for a second extended plan SHALL NOT be granted. Council Votes 5-0 for New Interim Borough Manager

Ellwood City Council voted 5-0 on Thursday night to name a previous Borough Manager Joseph Cioffi, as the interim manager. Council members Rob Brough and Marilyn Mancini were absent from the special meeting. Cioffi, will be paid $30 per hour and will work a full-time shift from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. each Monday to Friday, starting next week.
