Ellwood City Trick or Treat is scheduled for October 31st, Halloween Saturday, 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. in the borough. The mayor urges all pedestrians and motorists to use extreme caution and is hoping for a safe and fun-filled night for the children. EVERYONE IS ASKED TO USE EXTREME CAUTION!
