Mr. Raymond Vetica, 90, formerly of Ellwood City passed away on Monday, April 15th, 2024 at the Providence Care Center in Beaver Falls.
Ray was born in Ellwood City on October 17th, 1933 to the late Querino and Pasqualina (Condi) Vetica. He had worked at various steel mills in the area. He is a member of the Divine Grace Parish, Holy Redeemer Church. Ray was an avid Ellwood City and Notre Dame Football fan. He enjoyed walking especially with his granddaughter.
Ray is survived by his daughter Monica Scruggs of Mississippi, son Raymond Vetica Jr. of Beaver Falls, granddaughters Chelsey and Mariah Vetica, and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, wife Emily M (Couts) Vetica, daughter Alexis Vetica, sisters Angeline Yanniello and Dorothy White, and brothers Alex, Joseph, John, and Rudy Vetica.
There will not be a public service. The final arrangements are entrusted to the Samuel Teolis Funeral Home and Crematory Inc..
