Stephen was born in Pittsburgh on June 13th, 1956 to the late Paul and Patricia (Rheam) Meyer. He had graduated from Seneca Valley High School and briefly attended Penn State University, Beaver Campus. Ann was born on September 29th, 1930, to the late Guiseppe and Maria (Cusanelli) Mottillo. Ann was a graduate of Lincoln High School in Ellwood City, Pa.
