Charles Lynn Stelter, 88, of North Beaver Township passed away Sunday, January 2, 2022 at Uniontown Hospital. Born December 20, 1933 in Moravia, he was the son of the late Elmer Edward and Essie Mae Kelly Stelter. He was married to Martha Elizabeth Stelter. Charles was a longtime member of the North Beaver Volunteer Fire Department. He was employed at the former Universal in Wampum and as a maintenance foreman for Cedartree Management until his retirement. Charles was a member of the Moravia Presbyterian Church. Mr. Frank J. Aquino, 84, of Ellwood City passed away on Tuesday, January 18th, 2022 at the UPMC Jameson Hospital in New Castle.
