It’s “The Time” to try something new. The Time Brewpub, at 600 Mount Vernon Dr, Ellwood City, has opened its doors for beers, booze, food, and friends. A local businessman has announced his plan to open a new brew pub and restaurant: The Time Brewpub. “I am looking to create a true family atmosphere in my facility with large seating capacity, food and drinks, TVs and entertainment, and tons of off-street parking,” said owner Tony Joseph.
