NOTICE: Franklin Township Rezoning Request
According to information made available by the township, the Franklin Township Board of Supervisors will conduct a public hearing on Wednesday, February 21, 2024 regarding a rezoning request. The hearing will be related to a property owner who owns two parcels of property along Route 288 across from Creek Meadows and where the Mexican Restaurant used to be. The property owner would like the property rezoned from Commercial to R-2. According to the township, he plans to build 108 single-family homes in Franklin Township.
