ASSAULT: On July 23rd at approximately 8:09 a.m. police were called due to a report of domestic abuse between a male and female at a residence on State Line Road, Little Beaver Township. The caller advised police that the female told him she was struck with a gun by her boyfriend, Denis Lozinsky. According to a criminal complaint police arrived on scene and had concluded that the victim was no longer inside the residence. Officers attempted to hail Lozinskiy before making entry. According to criminal complaints, and first on June 23rd, officers obtained footage of Janiel and other actors walking around the area of 600 Line Avenue after a previous night of thefts, and the actors had attempted to rob someone with a firearm and then fled the area. THEFT: According to a police report, a 58-year-old male from Ellwood City reported a theft of a gun from his residence on Dutch Ridge Road, Wayne Township. Upon police arrival, it was discovered that a Ruger 22 cal. was taken from the clove box of an unlocked Chevy Silverado. The gun is valued at $476.97. The theft was reported to have taken place between April 1st and June 19th of 2024 and the investigation is ongoing.
