RECEIVING STOLEN PROPERTY: Joseph Frelin, 24, of Ellwood City, is charged with receiving stolen property after an incident occurring on July 12th. Police were dispatched to contact Shenango Township Police Officer in regards to an arrest warrant for Frelin. Police were advised that Frelin had taken a gun and several power tools from his uncle. HARASSMENT: Trent Sirak, 23, of Ellwood City, is charged with Harassment after an incident occurring on June 25th at approximately 11:00 p.m. Police were dispatched on pursuit of Sirak after a report of harassing and threatening phone calls made by Sirak to a female victim. Through the night the victim called the Police to update them on Sirak’s location and the nature of the phone calls he would make to her. According to a criminal complaint, and at at approximately 7:10 p.m., police were dispatched near Sixth St and Crescent Ave for a reported crash. The 66-year-old female victim stated she paused at a stop sign, saw no one coming, and drove into the intersection when she noticed Barr driving towards her at a high rate of speed without slowing. Police were informed that Kullen had stolen jewelry for a residence on Spring Avenue, Ellwood City, and sold it to Treasure Hunt in Cranberry Township for a profit of $200,000.00 according to a criminal complaint. Kullen was interviewed by Ellwood City Police and admitted to removing the victim’s jewelry without her permission the report relates. According to a criminal complaint, police responded to a call regarding harassment occurring two days before the file report. ACCIDENT: Two drivers were transported to the hospital with minor injuries Saturday after a police SUV struck a car. The crash happened about 1:50 a.m. at the intersection of Lawrence Avenue and 7th Street in Ellwood City. According to the report, the driver failed to yield to traffic as he entered the intersection, where a red blinking light was activated. The report added that the police SUV had activated its siren and emergency lights before entering the intersection while a yellow blinking light was in effect. TERRORISTIC THREATS: Lorenzo Wells, 57, of Wayne Township, is charged with Simple Assault and Terroristic Threats after an incident on March 2nd. According to a criminal complaint, after a domestic dispute Wells threw a 58-year-old female victim to the ground, soaked her in gasoline, and threatened to set her on fire. NARCOTICS AND FIREARM CHARGES: Daniel Feliciano, 49, pleaded guilty to six counts of violating federal narcotics and firearm laws on February 12, 2026. In connection with the guilty plea, the Court was advised that, between October 2022 and March 2024, Feliciano conspired with others to distribute cocaine throughout Western Pennsylvania, specifically in the New Castle area.
