Municipal Woman’s Club Hosts Dueling Pianos Fundraiser for Gazebo Project

The Municipal Woman’s Club is hosting an evening of music and fun at their Dueling Pianos Fundraiser to support the maintenance and upkeep of the Ellwood City Gazebo. The event will feature the high-energy entertainment of Piano Fiasco and takes place on Saturday, November 15th, from 7 to 9 PM at the North Sewickley Township Fire Hall located at 887 Mercer Rd., Route 65, in Beaver Falls, PA. Woman’s Club of Ellwood City Raffle to Restore Gazebo and Landscaping

The Municipal Woman’s Club of Ellwood City is raising funds to make repairs and updates to the gazebo. The club is currently selling raffle tickets to support much-needed repairs to the gazebo and to replace the surrounding landscaping. The Woman’s Club has maintained the gazebo since 1989, preserving it for over three decades. Each raffle ticket is $10 and gives you a chance to win a $1,000 cash prize. Craft & Vendor Show On Saturday

Come out and enjoy a craft and vendor show on Saturday, May 4th. The show will take place at Lillyville Church of God, located on Hickernell Road, Ellwood City. Two Local Students Receive Scholarships At Municipal Woman’s Club May Banquet

Two local students received scholarships as part of the Municipal Woman’s Club banquet that took place May 22nd at Joey’s Event Room on Lawrence Avenue Gianna Fotia, of Lincoln High School, and Abigail Hughes, of Riverside Beaver County, were the recipients of the scholarships. Fotia was accompanied by her parents, Joe and Lisa Fotia, and was presented the scholarship by Cheryl Valvano. Vendor space is still available for the upcoming Municipal Woman’s Spring Craft Show scheduled to take place next month. Municipal Women’s Club Hosts New K9 Officer During January Meeting

The Ellwood City Municipal Women’s Club hosted the newest Ellwood City K9 Officer “Nico” as part of its January meeting last month. The K9 and his handler Officer Rich Kruger put together a wonderful demonstration of Nico’s skills for the members in attendance. The program was hosted by membership chairman Joanne Lowrie. It’s dinner to die for … The Municipal Woman’s Club is pleased to present The Death of Dr. Frankenstein, a murder/mystery dinner performed by Musical Mysteries & More.
