Mayor Anthony J. Court awarded Bill and Samantha DeJoseph the 5th 2021 Beautification Award. Bill and Samantha reside at 1112 Center Avenue in Ellwood City. “The DeJoseph’s did an outstanding job,” said Mayor Court in a statement. “Congratulations, Bill and Samantha!” The couple received a yard sign to display and a gift certificate from a local restaurant. Mayor Court’s office announced the third winner of its annual beautification awards. The 3rd winner for the “Mayor Court’s Beautification Award” was awarded to Audrey and Chris Otlowski of 300 Johnston Drive, in Ellwood City. “The Otlowski’s take pride in their yard and it looks awesome,” said Mayor Court in a statement. This is the 11th year for the program and, according to the Mayor’s office, each year there are more and more nominations. This year, six lucky winners will be chosen from May 1st through June 15th.
