Mayor Anthony J. Court announced the 4th winner of the 2021 Beautification Award. The winners are John and Kelly Katsadas. “Congratulations on a job well done. Looks Great!” said Mayor Court in a statement. The Katsadas’s were presented with a yard sign to display and a gift certificate from a local restaurant. There will be 2 more winners for 2021! Mayor Court’s office announced the third winner of its annual beautification awards. The 3rd winner for the “Mayor Court’s Beautification Award” was awarded to Audrey and Chris Otlowski of 300 Johnston Drive, in Ellwood City. “The Otlowski’s take pride in their yard and it looks awesome,” said Mayor Court in a statement.
