The 1st “Mayor Court’s 2021 Beautification Award” was presented to Emrica Shaffer and Michael Frisk of 232 Hazel Avenue. “Looks great,” said Mayor Court in a statement. “They did a beautiful job-all around!” The winners were presented with a yard sign and a gift certificate from a local restaurant. On July 1, 2019, Mayor Court presented Gary Rozanski of Jefferson Avenue, Ellwood City with the 5th 2019 Beautification Award yard sign and gift certificate. Gary’s property shows the effort and care put into making our community beautiful for everyone to enjoy. There is still one more Award and a gift certificate to be presented by Mayor Court for the 2019 Season.
