Court has announced the return of the Mayor’s Beautification Program for 2026, an annual initiative recognizing Ellwood City residents who take pride in enhancing the appearance of their properties. The Beautification Program is now in its 17th year and has become a familiar tradition in the community. Each year, the program highlights homes and properties that contribute positively to the overall look and character of Ellwood City. Court awarded the final 2025 Beautification Award to Charlotte Regna of 860 Constitution Avenue. “Charlotte’s dedication is clearly reflected in her beautiful yard, her efforts have truly paid off,” said Mayor Court. As part of the recognition, Charlotte received a decorative yard sign and a gift certificate to a local restaurant. This presentation marks the conclusion of the 2025 awards season. Vernon Drive. “Evan has done an outstanding job on his well-maintained property. Well deserved,” said Mayor Court in a statement.
