The Campbells also received a commemorative yard sign to display and a gift certificate to a local restaurant in appreciation of their efforts. The Beautification Program continues this month with two more awards to be presented. Nominations are still being accepted-be sure to recognize a deserving property in your neighborhood!

Kevin and Michelle Swogger of 219 Evans Drive have been named Beautification Award winners for their beautifully maintained and inviting property. Mayor Anthony Court presented the award in recognition for their efforts. Kim Caplinger and Becky Marshall of 510 Haig Street have been honored with the Mayor’s Beautification Award in recognition of their exceptional commitment to maintaining a stunning property. “Their meticulous care and dedication to enhancing their home’s appearance serve as an inspiring example for the entire community,” said Mayor Court in a statement. Mayor Anthony J. Court has announced the return of the Mayor’s Beautification Program for 2026, an annual initiative recognizing Ellwood City residents who take pride in enhancing the appearance of their properties. The Beautification Program is now in its 17th year and has become a familiar tradition in the community. Each year, the program highlights homes and properties that contribute positively to the overall look and character of Ellwood City.
