Norma L. Maloney, 94, of Ellwood City passed away on Thursday, September 29, 2022 at UPMC Jameson Hospital. Born in Harvey, IL on March 16, 1928, Norma was the daughter of the late Archie and Alice Nelson Downey. She was preceded in death by her husband, Herbert A. Maloney, on August 10, 1992. Norma had worked as a secretary at Ryman Engineering and later as a cashier at Giant Eagle. Norma was a member of the Hungarian Home, she enjoyed playing bingo and traveling. Dollie Buchanan, 76, of Fombell, went home to her Lord and Savoir following an extended illness, surrounded by her family. Born in Ellwood City on September 13, 1946, Dollie was the daughter of the late Harold and Lenora Newton McQuiston. Always a caregiver, she worked at Passavant Retirement Center in Zelienople as an LPN. A member of Lillyville Church of God, Dollie absolutely loved life and she had the ability to find joy in the everyday.
