Lois M. Liebendorfer, 83, of Ellwood City passed away on Tuesday, March 31, 2026, at her home, surrounded by her loving family. Born January 28, 1943, in Rochester, she was the daughter of the late Charles “Pickles” and Rose Beatrice Mitchell. The day after her high school graduation in 1960, she began working at Mathew’s Conveyor Company where she made many life-long friendships. After her time at Mathews, she was a secretary in Pittsburgh for the US Steel company within the National Tube Division, before taking a break to start a family. Carol was born in Ellwood City on July 6th, 1944 to the late Henry and Anne (Stabryla) Krupa. She is a member of the Riverside High School class of 1963 and Divine Grace Parish, Holy Redeemer Church.
