Virginia R. Fosnaught, 94, of New Castle passed away Friday, June 7, 2024 at Haven Convalescent Home following an extended illness. Born April 24, 1930 in Donora, she was the daughter of the late Dorin Huffman and Myrtle Cox. She was married to Charles D. “Chuck” Fosnaught for 49 years when he passed away on July 5, 1996. Virginia was a member of the 1st Church of God on Euclid Ave. in New Castle, the G.A.R, and the Beaver Falls Elks where she crocheted lap robes for Veteran’s. Harold A. (Hank) Allen, of Upper Marlboro, Maryland (formerly of Wampum, PA) passed away Wednesday, May 29, 2024, he was 83. Born July 23, 1940 in Wampum, PA, he was the son of the late Coy W. and Era Rhodes Allen. He was married to the late El Dora Hughey together they had two children. Martha L. Wehman, 86, of Ellwood City passed away Monday, June 3, 2024 at Cranberry Place. Born October 1, 1937 in New Castle, she was the daughter of the late J. Kenneth and Mabel Baldwin Louden. She was married to Arthur F. Wehman for over 64 years when he passed away on February 10, 2021. Martha graduated from Lincoln High School in 1955. In her youth, she worked for her Aunt Helen and Uncle Jake at the Triangle Inn. A devoted homemaker, she was a member of the Slippery Rock Presbyterian Church. Dr. Anthony R. “Tony” DiBiagio, 96, of Ellwood City passed away on Saturday, June 1st, 2024 at the Doylestown Hospital, Doylestown, PA. Dr. DiBiagio was born on March 11th, 1928 in Houtzdale, PA to the late Romeo and Josephine (Gatti) DiBiagio.
