Born in Homestead, PA on September 26, 1959, Robert was the son of the late Claude Kyle and Dorris Wake Staib of Aliquippa. Mrs. Pope was born on August 20, 1929 in Ellwood City to the late Frank and Antoinette Mercato Toscano. She had attended Lincoln High School and is a member of the Holy Redeemer Parish.
