Carl Koziar, 67, of Ellwood City passed away on Tuesday, January 2nd, 2024 art UPMC Jameson Hospital in New Castle. Carl was born in Ellwood City on November 5th, 1956 to the late George and Charlotte (McClelland) Koziar. He had graduated from Riverside High School and later from Capital Campus of Penn State University in August of 1978. Carl was a hard worker. Mrs. Poff was born on October 20th, 1946 in Calumet, Pennsylvania to Frank and Zethel (Weightman) Emanuel. She graduated from Hurst (Mt. Pleasant) High School and from Indiana University where she earned her master’s degree in Elementary Education, which was where she met her husband, Mike. Josephine Bunney, 88, of Ellwood City passed away on Sunday, December 31, 2023 at her residence. Born in Ellwood City on April 29, 1935, Josephine was the daughter of the late Guiseppe and Maria Purinna Pasquale.  She is survived by her husband, Thomas A.
