E. Harriet (Foster) Marshall, 81, of Grandview Rd., Ellwood City passed away unexpectedly at her residence on Monday, May 16, 2016. Born June 5, 1934 in New Castle, she was the daughter of the late Harry and Elizabeth Stephenson Foster. She was married for 60 years to William R. Marshall, who survives. Harriet graduated from New Castle High School in 1952. She worked at Bell Telephone in New Castle. Born April 5, 1927 on Division Ave. in Ellwood City, she was the daughter of the late Francesco and Adele Funari Battilocchi. She was married for 60 years to Clyde M. Lynn C. Stelter, 68, of Turkey Hill Rd., Wampum (Shenango Twp.) passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, May 15, 2016 at UPMC Presbyterian Hospital. Born April 15, 1948 in New Castle, he was the son of the late Walter L. and Margaret L. Harper Stelter. He was married for 48 years to Nancy Wojnar Stelter who survives. Lynn was the owner of the Clean Care Carpet Cleaning. He served in the Army during the Vietnam Era.
