Born August 14, 1947 in Ellwood City, she was daughter of the late John and Lorena (Gifford) Lutz, Sr. She is survived by her husband of 44 years Dennis P. Blaskowitz, married September 8, 1973. Mrs. Anna Hazen, 93, formerly of Franklin Twp., passed away on Monday, March 19, 2018 at the VNA Hospice in Butler. Mrs. Hazen was born on February 24, 1925 in Ellwood City to the late Dumitru “Daniel” and Aurelia Ungham Fenechi, Sr.. Anna had graduated from Lincoln High School with the class of 1943 and from Lawrence County Vo-Tech where she studied nursing. Roger Johnston, 83, of Morningstar Dr., Ellwood City passed away Wednesday, March 14, 2018 at the Good Samaritan Hospice Beaver following a brief illness. Born January 18, 1935 in Wampum, PA, he was the son of the late Marcus and Dorothy Johnston. He was married on April 12, 1958 to Virginia Ursu Johnston. She survives. Mrs. Robinson was born on August 22, 1918 in Ellwood City to the late John and Bernice (Dubiel) Lawrence. She had lived in California for 15 years and then moved to Colorado for 22 years.
