Ms. Rose L. Parisi, 69, of Ellwood City, passed away on Thursday, February 1st, 2024 at Quality Life Services in New Castle. Rose was born on October 18th, 1954 in Ellwood City to the late Armando and Lena (Vitullo) Parisi. She graduated from Lincoln High School with the class of 1972. Rose worked at Leeds & Northrop/Heraus as a production supervisor, and later as a manager at Mundo’s Auto & Cycle Detail & Sales Inc.. David A. Raisley, 56, of Ellwood City passed away on Saturday, February 3rd, 2024 at UPMC Presbyterian Hospital in Pittsburgh following a lengthy illness. David was born in New Brighton on July 30th, 1967 to the late William J. Raisley Jr. and his beloved mother Janet L. (Rexroad) Raisley. Louise E. Newman, 86, of North Sewickley Township passed away peacefully on Friday, February 2, 2024 at her home. Born September 13, 1937 in Ellwood City, she was the daughter of the late Carl and Ruth Hazen Lersch. Louise graduated from Lincoln High School in 1955, and then off to nursing school at St. Francis in New Castle. During her working career, she worked as a Registered Nurse at Jameson Hospital and Ellwood City Hospital. In addition, Louise was a maternity ward nurse at Mary Evans Hospital. Mrs. Marian Gib, 100, of Ellwood City passed away peacefully on Thursday, February 1st, 2024 at her residence. Marian was born on February 25th, 1923 in Aliquippa, Pa. She was the daughter of the late George and Mary (Vanga) Radut. To live to be 100 was something Marian was very proud of. Marian was married to George Gib Sr. on September 18th, 1949. Lana Jo Hudson, 70, of Beaver Falls (formerly of Wampum) passed away Thursday, February 1, 2024 at Beaver Valley Nursing and Rehab Center. Born April 23, 1953 in Ellwood City, she was the daughter of the late Wilfred and Melda Stanford Martin. For many years Lana worked as a nurses aide in Roman Eagle, VA. Rodger Dale Swogger, 85, of New Beaver Borough passed away unexpectedly Thursday, January 25, 2024 at his residence.
