Glenn E. Armstrong, 56, of New Beaver Boro passed away Sunday, March 26, 2017 at UPMC – Jameson Hospital following a year and half courageous battle with cancer. Born April 16, 1960 in Fort Benning, Georgia, he was the son of Edwin Dewayne Armstrong of New Galilee and the late Betty L. Hackett Armstrong who passed away September 21, 2013. Ellen Mae Pishioneri, 84, of North Sewickley Twp., journeyed through the gates of heaven on March 24, 2017 following a lengthy illness. Born on October 13, 1932 in Appleton, Wisconsin, she was the daughter of the late Harold “Curly” and Edna Mae Breuer. A 1950 graduate of Lincoln High School, she was married to James P. Pishioneri for 59 years and he preceded her in death on November 10, 2013. Together, they celebrated their two children, Susan A. Michael Parks, 49, of Ellwood City passed away Wednesday, March 22, 2017 at the Golden Hill Nursing Center following a courageous two year battle with cancer. Mr. Lawrence Lance, 88, of North Sewickley Twp. passed away on Monday, March 21, 2017 in the Rochester Manor. Mr. Lance was born on January 10, 1929 in Ellwood City to the late Joseph and Ida Cagni Lance. He had graduated from Lincoln High School and watch makers school in Pittsburgh.
