William R. “Rick” Seaburn, 68, of Wampum passed away Wednesday, July 15, 2026 at UPMC – Jameson Hospital. Born January 9, 1958 in Ellwood City, he was the son of the late Robert M. Seaburn Sr. and Virginia F. “Jennie” Beegle Seaburn of Wampum. He was married to Susan Brown Seaburn when she passed away on November 21, 2021. Rick graduated from Mohawk High School in 1976. Richard A. Wiley, 82, of Fombell passed away Thursday, July 16, 2026 at his residence surrounded by family. Born August 25, 1943 in Ellwood City, he was the son of the late John and Evelyn McKinney Wiley. He married Patricia Ann Curtis Wiley on September 23, 1961. Richard graduated from Lincoln High School in 1961. He began his career at Lake Forest Gardens in 1962, where he worked for over 30 years before retiring. Born May 15, 1936 in Ellwood City, he was the son of the late Carl and Mary Zirock Gallaugher. He was married to Cheryl Heyl Gallaugher for 57 years when she passed away on February 1, 2018.
