Mrs. Barbara Joanne (Stasick) Sutkowski passed away peacefully at the age of 89. She was surrounded by family, at Northview Estates on Friday April 12th, 2024. Barbara was an active member of Divine Grace Parish, Holy Redeemer Church where she was a member of the Christian Mothers for many years. She enjoyed caring for her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She prepared countless meals for family and friends. She enjoyed traveling, playing cards, and babysitting. Rudolph “Rudy” Valentino, 95, of Neshannock (formerly of Chewton) passed away Tuesday April 9, 2024 at Jameson Care Center. Born May 13, 1928 in Wampum, he was the son of the late Giovanni and Domenica DeMichele Valentino. Rudy worked as a Union Bricklayer for Massa Brothers and had retired from Medusa Cement in Wampum after 24 years of service. A Veteran of the US Army, he served during WWII. Phyllis J. Bubb, 88, of Ellwood City, passed away in her residence on Tuesday, April 9, 2024. Born in Ellwood City on August 18, 1935, Phyllis was the daughter of the late Ralph and Florence Foringer Richt. She married William A. Bubb, Jr. on December 31, 1955 and he preceded her in death on August 2, 2022. Phyllis retired from the Ellwood City Hospital in 1996 where she worked as a respiratory therapist.
