Loretta E. Leslie, 80, of Wampum passed away peacefully at her residence on Saturday, January 2, 2021. Although she was in ill health, death was unexpected. Born April 2, 1940 in Sharpsburg, she was the daughter of the late Henry J. and Jane E. Miller Czartorski. She was married to Charlie Leslie for 60 years, he survives. Loretta graduated from Mt. Jackson High School in 1958. She was a member of the Wampum Presbyterian Church. Loretta was an avid and accomplished bowler. Mr. Casper W. DeFilippo, 95, of Ellwood City passed away on Thursday, December 31, 2020 at the Good Samaritan Hospice in Beaver. Born December 23, 1923 in Ellwood City a son of the late John and Mary (Montango) DeFilippo. He was a 1941 graduate of Lincoln High School. He enlisted with the U.S. Army on May 27, 1943 and served with the 9th Field Artillery Battalion Battery B until his discharge on November 25, 1945 with the rank of Technician 5th Grade. Mr. Lloyd W. Presky, 90, of Ellwood City passed away on Wednesday, December 30, 2020 at his residence with his loving family at his bedside. Mr. Presky was born on September 1, 1930 in Coal Center, PA to the late William F. and Iva (Humphries) Presky.
