On Sunday, June 5th, 2022, Joseph “Keith” Jacobs, loving husband and father passed away at age 72. Born May 27th, 1950 in Ellwood City, a son to the late Joseph and late Yetta (Baker) Jacobs. He was a member of the Ellwood City Saxon Club, Ellwood City Hungarian Home, and Ellwood City Sons of Italy. Keith served in the Unites States Navy, worked at Halstead Industries, sold real estate with Century 21, and loved as “Mr. Keith” serving the staff and students at Holy Redeemer School. Carol A. Parker, 84, of Ellwood City, passed away at the Avalon Nursing Center in New Castle on Sunday, June 5, 2022. Born in Beaver Falls on July 3, 1937, Carol was the daughter of the late Carl and Mary Buckenhiemer Behringer.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Donald J. Parker on July 24, 2020.  They were married on August 22, 1970.  Carol was a Registered Nurse at the Ellwood City Hospital.  She was also a nursing supervisor at the Passavant Health Care Center in Zelienople and the Providence Health Care Center in Beaver Falls.  Carol taught nursing…

Mr. Raymond Pratt, 85, of Ellwood City passed away on Friday, June 3rd, 2022 at his residence. Mr. Pratt was born on November 18th, 1936 in Ellwood City to the late Joseph and Anna (Canavin) Pratt. He is a member of the Lincoln High School class of 1954 and the Holy Redeemer Parish. After high school, Ray enlisted with the U.S. Air Force on July 12th, 1954 and served until his discharge on January 11th, 1958. Sherri L. Wiley, 68, of Fombell, passed away at Butler Memorial Hospital on Saturday, June 4, 2022. Born in Ellwood City on May 22, 1954, Sherri was the daughter of the late Charles and Augusta Mohr Hogue.  Sherri is survived by her husband, Charles A. Wiley, Jr. whom she married on October 20, 1990.  She had worked at Blair Nursing Home several years ago. Ronald A. Bunnell, 69, of Shenango Township, passed away on Friday, June 3, 2022 at UPMC Jameson. Born in New Castle on August 14, 1952, Ronald was the son of the late George and Mary Jacobs Bunnell. Ronald was a graduate of New Castle High School and a Veteran of the US Navy, serving during the Vietnam War. He retired from S.S.D. Distribution, where he worked as a delivery driver.
