Leah Kathryn Stauffer Kiesling of Ellwood City died in the Christian faith and in hope of the resurrection to eternal life on the morning of Saturday, January 23, at the age of 99 years. At the time of her death, she was convalescing at Seneca Place in Verona, PA. She was the daughter of the late Howard L. Stauffer, Sr and Katherine E. Ella J. Funkhouser, 86, of Wampum passed away Tuesday, January 26, 2021 at her residence. Born July 28, 1934 in Punxsutawney, she was the daughter of the late David and Violet Matheny Chapman. She was married to the late Clyde A. Funkhouser. Ella, a woman of strong faith, was a member of the Chewton First Baptist Church. She belonged to the Pastor’s Aid Society. Ella was artistic and enjoyed crafting and crocheting. She had a happy go lucky personality and was loved by all. Ella loved dogs. Her most cherished moments were spent with family. Bartle Sr. and Iona V. (Fortney) Bartle. Bill was preceded in death by his wife Delores, a step-daughter, Mary Jean Stevenson, his parents, a brother, Arthur J. Born December 5, 1942 in Lincoln Hill, PA, she was the daughter of the late Willard K. and Ethel McKahan Watson. She was married to Clyde H. Hatcher. He died on September 12, 1988. Nancy was born at Providence Hospital in Beaver Falls on October 6, 1937, to the late Charles “Chick” Higgins and Mary Salvano Higgins.
