Kandace L. Fountain, 61, of Ellwood City, passed away at her residence on Thursday, January 14, 2021. Born in Ellwood City on November 21, 1959, Kandace was the daughter of William and Phyllis Richt Bubb of Perry Township.  She is also survived by her husband, J.D. Paul F. “Fred” Kosior, 84, of Chewton passed away Wednesday, January 13, 2021 at St. Elizabeth Hospital following a short illness. Born July 20, 1936 in Chewton, he was the son of the late Edward and Sophie Modliszewski Kosior. He worked as a diesel mechanic for Russell Trucking for over 30 years. Fred was a member of the former St. Monica’s in Wampum and a current member of Holy Redeemer. He was a member and past president of the Chewton P.N.A. George G. Russell Sr., 90, of New Galilee, passed on Tuesday January 12, 2021 under the gentle care of the Heritage Valley Beaver Medical Center. George was the patriarch of a large family, a pillar in the church and community, and well loved and respected by many. He was born on March 11, 1930 in Beaver Falls to the late Nathaniel and Viola Russell. George was a member of the Beaver Falls High School Class of 1948. Everett Wimer, 73, of Ellwood City, passed away on Tuesday, January 12, 2021 at UPMC Jameson. Born in Ellwood City on December 7, 1947, Everett was the son of the late Charles and Bernice Wilson Wimer.  He married the former Nancy Wolfe on October 26, 1995.  Everett retired from Clem’s Trailer Sales in Franklin Township where he worked as a mechanic.  He and his wife Nancy bred, raised and showed long haired dachshunds and they were the proud owners of four champions.  Everett enjoyed watching drag racing and he raced when he was younger. Mark Fellner, 64, of Ellwood City passed away on Tuesday, January 12, 2021 at the UPMC Jameson Hospital in New Castle. Mark was born in Ellwood City to the late John F. and Camilla A. (DeCampli) Fellner on September 4, 1956. He had graduated from the Lawrence County Area Vocational Technical School with the class of 1974. He then worked at the Aetna Standard Engineering Co. until he enlisted with the U.S. Airforce in 1976. Born March 9, 1946 in Ellwood City, she was the daughter of the late Ken and Dorothy Parker McDowell. Judy was a project manager for Lockheed Martin in California for over 20 years.
