Born June 14, 1953 in Ellwood City, he was the son of the late Jack Coates and Grace Noah Coates Armstrong. He was married to Pamela McKinney Coates. Patty Lou (Main) Procopio, 91, of Scott Township, passed away peacefully on Dec. 3, 2022, surrounded by her only son, Frank Christopher Procopio, daughter-in-law, Patricia (Bell) Procopio, and her two loving grandsons, Devan and Dylan Procopio of Greentree, PA.
