Arthur Daniel Duncan, 74, of Florence Arizona (formerly of Portersville) passed away Saturday, October 30, 2021 at Community Hospital Anderson Indiana following a brief illness. Born January 21, 1947 in Ellwood City, he was the son of the late Arthur H. and Ellen Louise Moore Duncan. Arthur was the owner and operator of Energy Management Services in Portersville, until his retirement. He loved traveling and Corvette’s. Heather R. Hall, 37, of Portersville passed away Sunday, November 28, 2021 at West Penn Hospital following a lengthy and courageous battle with AHUS and complications of Covid-19. Born January 11, 1984 in Ellwood City, she was the daughter of Charles J. and Brenda L. Yaromey Hall. Heather was a graduate of Lincoln High School. She was formerly a waitress at King’s. Kathryn L. Kotuba, 85, of Beaver Falls went to heaven peacefully in her sleep in the early morning Thursday, November 25, 2021 at her residence. Born April 25, 1936 in Bluff City, KS, she was the daughter of the late Louis and Rosa Cowell Gerberding. She was married to John T. Kotuba on May 21, 1960 whom she met while working at a bank in Kansas and he was serving in the Air Force. He passed away in 2008. Robert E. Lees (Bob) passed away the morning of November 21, 2021, at Shenango on the Green in New Wilmington, PA after a lengthy health battle. Bob was born in Sharon, PA on May 15, 1932, the son of Joe and Evelyn (Swogger) Lees. He graduated from Sharon High School, and then went on to obtain a bachelor’s degree in History from Grove City College.
