Arthur Daniel Duncan, 74, of Florence Arizona (formerly of Portersville) passed away Saturday, October 30, 2021 at Community Hospital Anderson Indiana following a brief illness. Born January 21, 1947 in Ellwood City, he was the son of the late Arthur H. and Ellen Louise Moore Duncan. Arthur was the owner and operator of Energy Management Services in Portersville, until his retirement. He loved traveling and Corvette’s. Kathryn L. Kotuba, 85, of Beaver Falls went to heaven peacefully in her sleep in the early morning Thursday, November 25, 2021 at her residence. Born April 25, 1936 in Bluff City, KS, she was the daughter of the late Louis and Rosa Cowell Gerberding. She was married to John T.
