Phyllis Flinchbaugh Foley, 84, formerly of Second Street, passed away on Sunday, October 10, 2021 at Northview Estates after a long battle with cancer. Born on May 15, 1937 in Spry, Pennsylvania Phyllis was the daughter of the late Mamie Flinchbaugh Nyoh and George Nyoh. She graduated in 1955 from William Penn High School in York, PA.
