Beaver County Conservation District Reminds Residents To Reduce Mosquito Breeding Habitats
Summer is starting to wind down and kids are going back to school, but now is the time of increased viral activity in mosquitoes which can carry West Nile Virus. According to the Beaver County Conservation District, Beaver County has already reported West Nile Virus in mosquito trapping throughout the county this year and the District would like to remind everyone now is a great time to check your property for standing water and dump out any containers holding water to reduce mosquito breeding habitat.
