Happy Days Musical Coming To Riverside

The Riverside Beaver County School District proudly presents its 2021 musical comedy – “HAPPY DAYS – The Musical” The Riverside High School Theater will present the hilarious musical, HAPPY DAYS – The Musical for four days beginning on Thursday, April 29th through Sunday, May 2nd in the high school auditorium. Volunteers are needed for Brush Creek Park Clean Up Day. A clean up date has been scheduled for Thursday, April 22, 2021 from noon to dusk at the park. Ewing Park Skateboard Area Gets Lights

Skaters will no longer have to do tricks and jumps in the dark while skateboarding in Ewing Park. Lights have been added to the skateboard park, and according to Councilman Caleb Cragle, the project itself and the cost of the lighting are minimal. Cragle is the Parks and Recreation Chair for the borough and said he spends a lot of time in the park with his daughter. Panthers, Wolverines Baseball Teams Both Victorious

Both the Riverside Panthers and Ellwood City Wolverines collected victories Tuesday afternoon. Wolverines Claim Lead In Extra Inning To Defeat New Brighton Ellwood City snatched the lead late in the game in an 11-4 victory over New Brighton on Tuesday. The game was tied at four after seven innings before the Wolverines exploded for seven runs in the eighth inning. The offensive firepower by Ellwood City was led by Sammy DiCaprio, James Meehan, Nico DeCaria, Bucky Biskup, and Ryan Gibbons, all sending runners across the plate with RBIs in the inning. REMINDER: Military Banner Submission Deadline Approaching

The Military Banners Programs approved by the Borough of Ellwood City earlier this year has a deadline fast approaching. “As some people may have heard the military banner project did get approved by council and with this, forms have been flowing in,” says organizer Gabby Gretch. After meeting with the local company responsible for printing the banners we discussed that all forms need to be submitted in to the P.O. For twelve years the people of Lawrence County gave me the opportunity to serve as one of the County Commissioners. I am very grateful for that opportunity.
