He was born in Ellwood City on June 29 1952 to the late Howard E. and Doris Mae Crone Parker. She was born in North Sewickley Township   on June 19 1923 to the late Frank  and   Eva  Boots  Gallaher. Ruth graduated from Lincoln High School in Ellwood City.
