She was born in North Sewickley Township   on June 19 1923 to the late Frank  and   Eva  Boots  Gallaher. Ruth graduated from Lincoln High School in Ellwood City. George E. Robinson, 75, of   Freedom  PA (New Sewickley Twp.) passed away peacefully on Sunday afternoon , May 7 2017 at UPMC McCandless Hospital, after a short illness. He was born in Marshall Township, Allegheny Co., on December 23 1941 to the late George E.  and G. Naomi  Holsinger  Robinson Jr. He was employed for many years as a truck driver  for various  sanitation and refuse companies in the area. Richard C. “Dick” Streckeisen, 73, of Ellwood City, went to be with the Lord on Sunday, April 2, 2017 at his son’s residence in Castlewood . He was born in New Castle on July 12 1943 to the late Donald C. and Mary E. Bair Streckeisen. Dick graduated from Lincoln High School, with the class of 1961. He was employed for over 35 years, as a machine operator and shipper at the Ellwood City Forge Co. (Ellwood Group) until retiring in 2003. Dr. Milton L. Caplan was born in 1915, son of the late Jacob L. Caplan and Gertrude Goldman Caplan, in Ellwood City, and lived in Ellwood most of his life, until  2003, at the age of 88, when he retired to West Palm Beach Florida.
