Born on June 23 1948 in Ellwood City, he was the oldest son of the late Daisy Drake Potter and Fred J. Potter.   Joseph was a 1967 graduate of Lincoln High School in Ellwood City. Lindsay Robinson, 78, of Freedom, PA (New Sewickley Twp.), formerly of Ellwood City,  passed away peacefully  on Saturday, June 30, 2018 at the Good Samaritan Hospice in Beaver, PA. with  Jimmy and Tammy Price by her side.
