David Vernon McClean, 95 years old, passed away on the early morning of Friday, October 18, 2019.  He was a long time resident of Fombell, PA and more recently resided in New Castle, PA with his son.  He died from natural causes at Carriage Manor Personal Care Home. Judy B. Gaston, 66, formerly of New Castle, passed away on September 4, 2019 in Plain Dealing, Louisiana. Judy was born in West Liberty, Kentucky on May 9, 1953 to the late Sheldon and Lucy ‘Lewis’ Watkins.  She married Edward M. Gaston who preceded her in death on July 27, 2014. Betty J.  Weingartner Fontana, 96, of Ellwood City, passed away peacefully in her home on Monday afternoon,  September  9,  2019. She was born  in Ellwood City on  January  11, 1923,  to the late Clarence  and Grace Newton                   Weingartner.
