Born in Ellwood City on June 6,1958, Timothy was the son of the late Harry and Ila Chappelle Bauder. He was a graduate of the Pittsburgh Art Institute. Timothy enjoyed music and motorcycles. Robert was born in Ellwood City on June 18, 1952 to the late Raymond C. and Jeannette Witherow. He graduated from Riverside High School in 1970.
