Dale R. Lipan, 56, of Fombell passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, January 18, 2017 in his residence. Dale was born on October 22, 1960 in Fombell to the late Joseph and Ann Schumack Lipan. He had graduated from Riverside High School. Following graduation Dale worked at Robinson Industries in Fombell as a layout man. Mr. Johns was born on September 3, 1918 in New Castle to the late Carl and Mary Friday Johns. Harold enlisted with the U.S. Army on May 19, 1941 and served with the 48th Ordnance Company until his discharge on January 19, 1946 with the rank of Technical Sergeant.
