Mrs. Piper was born on August 22, 1929 in Ellwood City to the late George and Jeanette Creese. She graduated from Lincoln High School with the class of 1947. Mrs. Spoa was born on February 12, 1921 in Gary, Indiana to the late Michael and Anna Molnar. She had served with the U.S. Army, Women’s Army Auxiliary Corps (WAAC) from October 3, 1942 until her discharge on July 27, 1943. She had worked at Weirton Steel and Glenn L.
