Ms. DeCaria was born on June 3, 1931 in Ellwood City to the late James V. and Ruth Perry DeCaria. Mr. Robert Clark Nesbit, 72, of Ellwood City passed away on Wednesday, March 15, 2017 in the Butler VA Medical Center from health issues that occurred due to his exposure to agent orange during the Vietnam War.
