United Fund Kick-Off Event

The Ellwood City United Fund is holding a “Get Acquainted Mixer” from 5pm to 7pm at Nico Luciano’s Cafe located at 324 Wampum Avenue, Ellwood City. Derry Has Success in Run Game, Cruises Past Wolverines

The Wolverines have had issues with keeping players on the field throughout the year due to lingering injuries. The same occurred Friday night as three starters were injured during a conference game match-up against favorited Derry Trojans. Derry came into the evening with only loss to conference foe Elizabeth Forward. Instructions for Participating in Halloween Parade

The annual Ellwood City Halloween Parade will march down Lawrence Avenue Saturday, October 28 at 3:30. The parade will start at the intersection of 4th Street and Lawrence Avenue and end at the intersection of 8th Street and Lawrence Avenue. Staging will take place in the Holy Redeemer School parking lot. Participants are encouraged to arrive before 2:45 and enter the lot at Crescent Avenue and 3rd Street.
